help us determine the scope of labor and materials needed for
the project.
Curious about how to get started? Send pictures of your project with rough dimensions to khgupholstery@gmail.com. I’m a visual learner and can wrap my head around a project best when I have some images to work with.
Process
Send current photos and rough dimensions of your project to khgupholstery@gmail.com.
Some follow up questions I may have for you:
- Where are you in the search for fabric?
- What is your preferred deadline? Having a time frame allows me to assess project order,
while setting speed for how quickly we coordinate and order project materials.
- Are there any additional details you’d like to note?
- Would you prefer to drop-off your project, or for me to *pick up?

Using the pictures and dimensions you send over, I’ll figure out an estimate for labor, fabric, and any additional
materials (foam, trim, fringe, etc.) needed. Please allow 3-5 days for this response. If all looks good, I’ll create a deposit invoice for 50% of labor costs + 100% fabric cost (if purchased through the shop). This deposit secures your spot in the project queue.
As it comes time for your project, I’ll reach out with any updates or questions. Upon project completion,
the balance due will include the remaining 50% of labor + the cost of any materials used (foam, trim, fringe, etc.).
